Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Fruitlands Museum at 102 Prospect Hill Road, Harvard, MA.

The ceremony begins at 5pm, followed by a cocktail hour and recpetion with dinner. Guests may begin arriving at 4:30.

Weather permitting, we will be having an outdoor ceremony, but the cocktail hour will be indoors, and the reception will take place under a tent. We're hoping for a nice sunny spring day, but if fortune does not favor us, we'll move the ceremony under a tent. As an important note, the ceremony will be on top of somewhat steep hill. We are happy to accommodate those with mobility issues by driving them to and from the ceremony area.

Please dress in cocktail/black tie optional attire. In an effort to make the brial party stand out, we ask that you avoid sage green and lilac purple shades.

Please RSVP by May 1st, 2026 so that we have enough time to include you in our seating arrangements and menu planning!

We recommend the nearby Boxboro Regency Hotel, where many of our guests have already booked rooms. The venue also recommends the Courtyard Marriot, Hilton Garden Inn, and Groton Inn.
